Service & Maintenance Contracts
Plan ahead with maintenance tailored to your equipment and the manufacturer’s requirements.
PLANNED MAINTENANCE
Keep your equipment ready for everyday care.

Planned maintenance for your equipment
Regular, planned maintenance helps keep your equipment in reliable working order throughout its lifecycle. Maintenance is scheduled according to the needs of each device, with the maintenance interval and required procedures usually based on the manufacturer’s instructions.
Scheduled maintenance and repairs are different services. If a fault is identified during maintenance, the required repairs and any additional costs are handled according to the terms of the agreement.
Warranty coverage and scheduled maintenance are also handled separately. A valid product warranty does not automatically include scheduled maintenance free of charge. The applicable warranty terms specify the coverage of warranty repairs and maintenance carried out during the warranty period.

Service and maintenance agreements
A service and maintenance agreement makes it easier to plan and manage the maintenance of your equipment. The agreement defines the scope of the service and the responsibilities of both parties. Depending on the agreed service model, the service provider can monitor when scheduled maintenance is due and notify you of upcoming scheduled inspections. Service records can include repairs, inspections and maintenance carried out for the covered equipment.
Agreements can cover Lojer and Merivaara equipment as well as equipment from other manufacturers, and can include equipment at multiple customer locations. Service agreement customers can also receive a discount on the list prices of spare parts for Lojer and Merivaara products, according to the applicable agreement.
In the Nordic countries, service and maintenance solutions are provided by Lojer. In other markets, please contact your local Lojer distributor to discuss the service and maintenance options available for your equipment.
A service agreement does not replace the daily checks and other routine actions specified in the equipment’s instructions for use.
Returns for service
If equipment or parts need to be returned for service, please contact your local Lojer distributor before shipping to agree on the return procedure and delivery address. Returned equipment and parts must be cleaned and appropriately packed before shipment.
When providing information or images related to a service request, please avoid including unnecessary patient information or identifiable individuals in photographs.
