Keep your equipment in use for longer
Lojer provides spare parts and technical support for medical equipment to help keep your devices in the best possible condition throughout their lifecycle, helping ensure safe operation and optimal performance for both patients and users. The most commonly needed spare parts are available directly from our stocks in Finland, while some structural components can be manufactured to order at our own factories.
For equipment manufactured by Lojer, we guarantee repairability for at least 10 years after manufacture. Spare parts are often available for considerably older equipment as well. For discontinued products, we investigate the availability of spare parts and suitable replacement solutions individually.
How to identify the right spare part
- The correct spare part is identified using the equipment model and serial number. The product name or appearance of the part alone may not be enough, as components can vary between different production versions of the same model.
- To help us identify the right part, please provide:
- a photo of the equipment identification plate + serial number
- a photo of the required part
- the part number, if available
- the required quantity
- Providing this information helps our technical support identify the correct part and process your request efficiently.
Genuine spare parts for medical devices
For medical devices, using original spare parts helps ensure that the equipment remains in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and applicable requirements for usability and safety. Non-genuine spare parts may affect equipment compliance, void warranty coverage, and limit manufacturer support.
Spare part availability and delivery
Availability, price and delivery time depend on the individual part. The most commonly used spare parts are available directly from our stocks in Finland. In Finland, stocked parts can in some cases be delivered as soon as the next day.
For international deliveries, the courier service is selected case by case, taking cost efficiency into account. Customers outside Finland should contact their local Lojer distributor for spare parts and support.
