At Lojer, sustainability is part of how we design and manufacture our products and support our customers throughout the product lifecycle.
Our responsibility extends to the products we make, the people who make and use them, our partners and suppliers, and the resources we use along the way. We continuously develop our operations and ways of working.
Designed for a long life
Durability, reliability and a long service life are at the heart of our product design.
We consider the entire product lifecycle – from design and manufacturing to use, maintenance and end of life. Repairability, spare parts availability and lifecycle services help our customers maintain their equipment and keep it in use for longer.
Where available, our lifecycle services can also support the decommissioning and recycling of healthcare equipment.
Reducing our environmental impact
We work systematically to manage and reduce the environmental impacts of our operations and value chain.
Our environmental work includes energy and resource efficiency, renewable energy, waste management and the continuous development of our manufacturing processes. We also develop sustainability practices, risk management and information sharing together with our suppliers and partners.
Our environmental management is supported by an ISO 14001 certified management system.
People, health and safety
Our work is closely connected to health and well-being. Patient and user safety, usability and quality are central considerations in our products.
We are also committed to a safe, healthy and equal working environment for our employees and responsible working practices throughout our value chain.
